Strider Hiryu

KrimKram's Strider Hiryu with an Ultra and some attacks with less startup and endlag; no major changes at all.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: FORMATION
Perform a Special depending on the current Formation. The Formation can be changed by pressing Taunt. The default attack is Boost Blast, a fast saber projectile with a bit of recoil.

SIDE SPECIAL: GRAM
Strider charges up and then attacks with a large horizontal slash of energy. Input Special during the charge to release a slash with a power depending on the level of charge.

UP SPECIAL: WARP
Teleport towards input direction.

DOWN SPECIAL: VAJRA
A teleport with less reach and speed than Warp, but upon reappearing, automatically attack with a divekick.

ULTRA: RAGNAROK
Jail the opponent in a barrage of slashes alongside a clone.

TAUNT: CHANGE FORMATION
Cycle through a list of Formations in the following order:
Eagle -> Tiger -> Bomb Bird -> Boost Blast
Eagle spawns above Strider and flies forwards at an upwards angle.
Tiger spawns above Strider and lunges forward.
Bomb Bird has the same trajectory as Eagle, but drops down a bomb projectile.
