Added more sections for cosmogenesis ships

Due to Paradox's changes to the combat logic of the artillery computer, it is no longer necessary to use aircraft and aircraft computers to keep ships at engagement distance. Therefore, ships using L slots and M slots will no longer have aircraft catapults installed - they will now be fully loaded with guns!
