Gendarmerie are trying to eliminate Syndikat Drug and Weapon Dealers on the Tanoan Islands.

Police & SWAT style mission. Aircraft for a pilot to provide recon and transport with. Drones for recon, supplies, and fire support. Cars for movement between towns. Respawns and respawn loadouts.
