Description
PLEASE DO NOT PLAY THIS MAP WITH ALL AROUND ENHANCEMENT AND SIMILAR MODS

Mario and friends are ready for a spooky Halloween party, although this year isn't going to go as planned... The heroes stumble across an abandoned mansion, or so, that's what they thought... The ruler of this mansion is none other than the ruthless ghost king, King Boo. He traps the heroes inbetween dimensions, steals their souls, and toys with them, trapping them in an endless cycle of death for all eternity! After they're dead, he turns them into brain-dead zombies, their only goal to hunt down and feast on the living. Not all hope is lost though, as long as the heroes can complete King Boo's quest, they'll be set free! Simple, right?


Welcome to Twisted Mansion, the next map of my Mario Kart series! As you could probably guess, this is not a Christmas map, but was instead meant to release for Halloween. As always with me, my maps never release on time though! Hope you enjoy this one anyway, this is definitely my new favourite map from me so far!


--- GORE WARNING ---
This map is definitely not family friendly despite it being Mario and contains more blood and gore than usual for my Mario maps. It is not uncommon to see zombified Mario characters in this map, or characters dying in gruesome ways. Sgt. Spike takes 0.01% responsibility in ruining anyone's childhood. You've been warned!


--- DIFFICULTY AND DURATION---

Difficulty Rating - There are three difficulty settings available in-game)
Chill Mode - 2.5/5
Standard Mode - 4/5
Hardcore Mode - 5/5 (It is actually pretty damn hard ngl)

Match Duration - 60 - 100 minutes (approx time for completing the easter egg)


--- KEY MAP FEATURES ---
- ROUND-BASED gameplay (It's finally back!)
- 8 playable characters with custom voice lines
- A full optional Easter Egg (you get to choose at the start of the game whether you want to play Story Mode for the Easter Egg, or just Survival mode with a 75,000 buyable ending)
- Custom zombie models and voice lines
- Mario-themed sound effects
- Cool methods of navigation, such as ladders, ziplines and elevators
- A good ending and a bad ending, depending on whether you complete the map or not.
- Custom UI
- Custom bosses
- A total of 16 perks
- Perk limit starts at 4. With bonus perk slots, perma perk slot and challenge perk slots, the max perk limit is 13.
- Perks can be unlocked through filling their soul orbs. Soul orbs are randomised every game, but perks are always in the same place.
- 4 unique melee weapons with different starts. You will start with one of these melee weapons depending on the character you're playing as.


--- USEFUL INFO ---
- FIVE perks have been reworked, here's what they do:
- Ultra Revive (Quick Revive) - Revive teammates quickly + Gain a self-revive + Keep half your perks with a successful self-revive.
- Muscle Milk - Melee is insta-kill no matter the round number + Occasional electric bursts that take out lines of zombies.
- Timeslip Tonic - Mystery Box and PAP interactions are pretty much instant + Bleedout time has been extended to double.
- Death Perception - See a constant white outline around zombies + Falling off the map or into poison water will not result in death.
- Stamin-up - Default functionality + Ability to climb ladders.
- Who's Who - Get back up with an upgraded weapon and three random perks. Survive 90 seconds to regain all your perks minus Who's Who. If you also have Ultra Revive, Who's Who functionality is activated first.

All of your maps are absolutely amazing! I literally have played almost every one, but the Mario themed maps are my favorite. From soul box perk machines, fun Easter Eggs WITH in-game steps, unlockable perk slots that are balanced in difficulty (also in-game steps), great mini bosses, super fun map design, and everything looks great! I was super excited when Twisted Mansion released, and I am super excited for your next map! Thanks for everything.

What is the round change sound effect, its such a quirky tune I want it
