Wafer Works On Keeper And T.Keeper

Description
When you have the wafer as Keeper or Tainted Keeper, it now takes two hits to remove one coin heart, thus mimicking the effect of the wafer!
NOTE: There is no indication on the UI if you are on the first or second hit, so you have to keep track of that yourself! Think of it as an extra challenge
