If you only want the gold and silver numerals you can use my old version.

It will still work on later versions, just ignore the error it gives.

this is very nice, do you think you could make a version with a golden wreath?
to update, all you need to do is edit the same mod and just publish again through rimworld and it'll automatically take the file id and push an update to the workshop page if you haven't changed it
