Found this to not be working without Mod Options (Build 41)

@snowdemon14 No worries! Credit goes to Justin the original mod creator. I just used a previous working build of his after the B42 update was released.

Just to chime in here. I was able to download both client and server side. Just tested and it is working for me on a dedicated server with about 60 other mods. Thank for you this!
