Description
replaces the charger with placeholder styled version
made the charger look like the place holder charger and gave it a hood

Includes:
*custom texture
*custom model (hood)
*working burnt texture

@Wrigley i combined the placeholder hunter and the charger and there's already something like a quarterback charger
