A port of artifact models from S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2: Heart of Chornobyl

- 36 different artifacts, including the Skiff artifact and the heart of Chornobil belonging to the Shooter
- All artifacts have a normal map
- Low weight (80 mb)

In the future, I will most likely continue porting models.
