Automatic Bag Opener

Description
The Wall of Flesh will now drop a "Bag Opener" item. All openable items (e.g. bags, crates, presents) will be automatically opened while the Bag Opener is in your inventory.

Both modded and vanilla containers are affected by this mod.

Please let me know if you discover any bugs.
