Back then, the Iscalio sector was one of those that was loyal to the Galactic Empire. When the latter disintegrated, the Moff remained loyal. Even when the First Order and Pellaeon's Empire came knocking, the people were able to hold them back through their starfighter corps. Lately, the resident Moff had died; his daughter Kokoro was left with a mansion and a huge amount of cash. She wants to make the world happy in a time of war, but unfortunately there are two things holding her back - the navy, which even when heavily modified still resembles the one used by the much-hated Empire and the other is Dryst. He often squanders Kokoro's coffers and proposes absurd ideas that are bound to fail, such as having everyone fight each other.
