oh wow, thanks for the instructions! obviously i'm not familiar with HL2 yet so this helps a lot. dw about sounding archaic, i've done tutorials myself, only with TF2. expect the update to come out today or tomorrow

So, to (hopefully) make the mod work properly, you have to:
1. Open the ep3alyx folder in both ep2 and episodic folders.
2. Move the Alyx_Intro.mdl model from the episodic ep3alyx folder to ep2 ep3alyx folder.
3. Move the Alyx_Intro materials folder from episodic ep3alyx folder to ep2 ep3alyx folder.
4. Update the Workshop mod using the the now combined ep2 version of the ep3alyx folder.

This should result in a properly working mod. I hope what I wrote is not too convoluted.

Greetings! I don't know if you're still active, but I just wanted to let you know. So I was looking at the model, since it fits nicely with my PRL pack, and I think I found a fix/solution for all the possible animation errors that people had/could have:

The original Gamebanana upload comes with three separate folders, named hl2, episodic and ep2 . Each of these folders contain a ep3alyx folder, with materials and models folders. Each of these folders contains separate alyx models. HOWEVER, the only one that truly works properly in all games is the ep2 one. The episodic folder however contains a working EP1 Intro alyx.

+ to Bounter's comment. for some reason all of her contextual animations like moving her body and arms when talking wont load, so she kinda just stands there awkwardly

she is so much cuter like this as oposed to vanilla.

Problem is, some of the animations just do NOT play or load, with this mod. Which sucks, since it's really good.

hl3 memes aside this is such a good outfit, i wish there was more stuff for alyx that wasnt just sexual and more so cute outfits like this
