Shadow the Hedgehog's movie model from Sonic x Shadow Generations, but slightly modified to be more movie accurate.

Thank you Gerald Donaldson for the model rip and texture fix.

TF2 is needed for the cube maps.

What IK Rig do you recommend? does it work with those already existing rigs or should I just use the auto rigger?

I suggest using the eyelids root bone.

Helps to open the eyelids.

Apologies for any difficulties, this is the rig from the game.

There was no way to move the eyes. It's an issue from the rip according to Gerald. Sorry!
