Description
The iconic Dutch intercity unit! before their initial refurbishment NS reached an agreement to give a large amount of their ICMs to Quartz Express. These sets were subsequently refurbished by Amethyst Group at their Clifston works where the Interior was re-upholstered, PIS changed and Lights were upgraded with more modern LEDs.
