Federal Emergency Broadcast Network (FEBN) - [B42]

Description
Established in the 1970s, FEMA was heavily funded to prepare the United States for large-scale disasters, including a potential nuclear apocalypse. In the 1980s, Dr. Evelyn Grant proposed Project Alexandria, an initiative to create an emergency broadcast network capable of guiding rural survivors in the aftermath of catastrophic events. This network was designed to teach essential survival skills and provide critical information, helping isolated communities and indiviuals endure and rebuild.

With the outbreak of the Knox Infection, FEMA has activated Project Alexandria to respond to the unprecedented crisis. The Federal Emergency Broadcast Network (FEBN) delivers a mix of pre-recorded educational films, official announcements, and survival guidance tailored to those trapped in the quarantine zone. From crafting tools to surviving off the land, FEBN serves as a lifeline for survivors struggling to adapt to a collapsing world while offering hope that humanity can persevere.

Version 1.0: Included till Day 7. Trains many skills, provides entertainment, and more.
Version 2.0: Includes till Day 14. New post-collapse lore, new shows, new movies, and even a show to teach you how to use a generator.

This mod was created with the help of AI. AI wrote all the transcripts you see. I handled everything else. Enjoy!

So, when exactly does it start? You say the shows air between 12am and 12pm and 12pm and 12am, but do they start after a specific timeframe has passed? I started noticing them around Day 1, but does it start on Day 0 (july 9)? But I am not sure what Day they start. Would be really helpful to know

@Skipper Hey! There are two shows per day that air between 00:00 to 12:00 and the other from 12:00 to 00:00 so you can pretty much watch at any time during the day or night as long as you tune in. However, if you encounter a TV that has the channel on then it counts as you watching it like any other TV show in the game. I hope my response helps you :spiffo:

@Cleon XIII I don't plan on continuing updating this mod, maybe porting it or fixing any bugs. But, I have moved onto bigger projects such as Support Corps and its successor mod/update that's coming soon (Support Goods Mega Mod) :spiffo:

It's a great mod! What are you plans for the next update? :)

Side note: I used this mod for a few (Short) runs already and I found it highly immersive! The Enhanced TV project mod works alongside it fine, with minor bug being last played channel keeps playing visually while the tv is functionally changed to the FEMA channel

@The Review Critic Yep. And it produced work that is far higher quality than I could've produced myself. Currently, AIs are just at their beginning, they hallucinate, they make mistakes, and they are sometimes stupid. But, they can pretty much get most of the grunt work done with it like very simple coding tasks like LUA translations, images, and writing. So, it was of great help.

I really like that you used AI for this, it speeds up the mod making process 10x and I am glad to see people embrace new technology rather than be upset about it!
