Description
Excellent source of revenue for governments to level up areas, enable funding of various charities where government is unable to reach effectively; could encourage gambling whilst generating non-tax revenue for government

Zero, I use UK figures… the base numbers are not too dissimilar.. in UK revenue is £8-12bn from memory

Fair point… I think in UK, the profits from NatLotto to the quango/ firm/ govt is about £8bn if memory serves me correctly… this is one of the policies where I would, based on feedback, tweak it further… as I am relatively new, I am very mindful of changes to values… happy to adjust this.

Doing some quick maths, the poor earnings decrease seems fine if a little bit on the low end (which I could chalk up to people moving from other means of gambling to this) whilst the income of this is like 10x what it should be, and the charity is too nebulous to say if it is too high or too low.
