In the early hours of August 2nd, 2082, in the midst of the Kingdom of West Sahara being in open war with a seemingly unending band of pirates hailing from Tripoli, one man would choose to betray his king and brothers in arms, for the sake of his own ambitions, and out of disgust with the "♥♥♥♥♥-king Amir" who now sat upon the throne.

Colonel Benya Mastaf al-Siqilly, born in 2041 to a Sicilian father and Tunisian mother, had been in contact with the government of the Republic of Sicily for some time now. If he is to believed, he and his men were promised military and financial aid, as well as huge sums of money, in return for starting a separatist rebellion in Tunisia, beginning with the region's capital of Tunis.

Tunisia had been a loyal and vital part of the Kingdom of West Sahara for some sixty years now, but evidently, old loyalties die hard.

King Amir could not afford to let this rebellion go unchecked, despite how spread thin his forces were, especially given that he had troops and ships stationed near Tripoli in preparation for the inevitable invasion and destruction of the pirate remnants. That, however, would now have to wait. If Amir let this get out of hand, it would make him appear weak on the world stage, and make it clear that anybody could just rebel and get away with it.

On the one hand, the king did not wish to appear a bloodlusted tyrant, and yet, on the other, letting the Sicilians, who had always been at odds with the West Saharans, hold Tunisia would give them a stranglehold on the Strait of Sicily and thus allow them to upstage West Sahara in the Mediterranean.

The Tunis City Guard and the Civil Defense Force could not hope to defeat Mastaff's forces, which were made up of the entire 6th Brigade Combat Team. At his disposal were the 6th Armored Regiment, the 63rd and 64th Mechanized Infantry Regiments, the 77th Fighter Wing and 78th Attack Wing of the 7th Royal Air Force Brigade, and untold number of insurgent rebels, natives of Tunisia who had no loyalty to, nor fear of, the newly crowned Amir.

The City Guard had to hold out, and pray they could do so long enough for reinforcements to arrive. The men they would be fighting were their fellow countrymen, brothers in arms if not blood, wearing the same uniforms, wielding the same weapons, fighting with the same tactics. The fight ahead of them would be terrible, tragic, and hard. But fight, they must, if not for their king, then for their homes, their families, their very lives.

**I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO PLAY THIS WITH MUSIC TURNED ON. I think 35-50% volume is perfect. Tell me if you recognize the music!**

That's right people, just when you thought one threat was eliminated, a new one pops up.

Only your ally can betray you, not your enemy.
