Description
Reskins the sparkle.vtf texture to a higher quality smoke texture for maps that use the effect for fog and such.

I am making my game realistic as possible without lagging my windows 10 gaming laptop out

Default texture for this is horrendous, I've been trying to find it for ages to tweak it...
