New recipe for crafting welding rods.
Rods making from several metal types, flint and Welding torch.
B42 Only

Have two versions (CHOOSE ONE ONLY)
Normal - 3 Copper Scrap + 2 Stell pieces + 1 Flint + Welding torch
Easy - 1 Copper Scrap + Welding torch
