Literally just a few XML edits to the original mod by Keen Software to make it more suitable to Survival

This is not yet fully survival ready, I'm not a modeller, so I haven't added build states. All that was changed was the cost of producing the Ammo and the cost of placing the weapon. Those costs are also subject to change, as I pulled the numbers out of my ass after looking at the costs for the vannilla weapons and ammo
