Duchess' Haircut Human Skin - Duchess Reformed

Adapts the "Duchess' Haircut Human Skin" for the reform that was made to the Duchess class.

This work was originally created as an alternative way to have this skin for the character, but now that the original creator has released his version, I think it's only right to support him. I'm leaving the link to his new mod. This one won't be updated again and will remain as a version that only includes this skin, as the new mod includes more.
