Description
An HLC-1 module for towing massive trucks, and whatever parts may have fallen off.

HLC-1 was developed by LEAF, Crash Industries, and HELIOS.

Controls:
W/S: crane up/down
A/D: crane left/right
Q/E: crane fold/unfold
arrows </>: crane magnet left/right
arrows ^/v: crane magnet up/down

HLC-1 Functions:
1: towing arm down
2: towing arm up
3: fold/unfold towing arm
4: towing arm magnets
