Ingredients:

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups of milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp of vegetable oil (plus extra for frying)
1 tbsp of sugar
½ tsp of salt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the flour, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
