MELEE WEAPONS REQUIRE A MELEE WEAPON UNLOCKER ADDON FOR ALL MELEE WEAPONS TO APPEAR IN ALL CAMPAIGNS

This is a collection of mutations that involve using a single weapon to get through a Lone Gunman campaign which includes:

Lone Batter (Baseball Bat)
Lone Bumpkin (Machete)
Lone Chef (Frying Pan)
Lone Cricketeer (Cricket Bat)
Lone Digger (Shovel)
Lone Farmer (Pitchfork)
Lone Fireman (Fireaxe)
Lone Freeman (Crowbar)
Lone Gibfest (M60 with Unlimited ammo)
Lone Golfer (Golf Club)
Lone Grenadier (Only Grenade Launchers spawn)
Lone Guitarist (Electric Guitar)
Lone Knife
Lone Massacre (Chainsaw with Unlimited ammo)
Lone Policeman (Nightstick)
Lone Samurai (Katana)
M16 Rifleman
Mac Gunman (Silenced Sub Machinegun)

However this is not regular Lone Gunman as there a few changes such as:

- CommonLimit for Tier 2 weapons (Not counting Scout and Awp) has been raised from 10 to 20
- Spitters have been added to deter corner camping
- If you go down, you just straight up die, though this is merely cosmetic since incapacitation and death are the same thing in lone gunman"
