The effect is as follows:
效果如下：

纸蛙：你的特殊技能伤害变成主技能和副技能和特殊技能三者的合计。若为多次攻击的技能则按一次攻击的数值进行计算。增加主技能和副技能伤害战利品的效果不计算在算式中
Paper Frog：Your special skill damage becomes the sum of the primary skill, secondary skill, and special skill. If it is a skill with multiple attacks, it will be calculated based on the value of one attack. The effect of increasing the damage loot of main and secondary skills is not included in the formula.

梨子：拾取时你的最大hp增加1点，你的副技能根据你的hp上限提高伤害，每点hp上限提供20%伤害
pear: When picking up, your max HP increases by 1 point, and your secondary skill increases damage based on your max HP providing 20% damage per max HP

问号牌：拾取时从0-1进行抽选,若为0则你的主技能造成额外50%伤害，若为1则你的副技能造成额外50%伤害。
Question Card: When picking, select from 0-1. If it is 0, your primary skill will deal an additional 50% damage, and if it is 1, your secondary skill will deal an additional 50% damage.

手里剑：你每次使用主技能时该道具获得1点充能，你的主技能伤害提升充能x10点伤害，当你受到伤害时充能归0并对敌人造成充能数x50点的伤害。
Shuriken：Each time you use your primary skill, this item gains 1 point of charge. Your primary skill damage increases by 10 points of charge. When you receive damage, the charge returns to 0 and deals x50 points of charge damage to enemies.

Symbiotic Virus：When you receive damage, this item charges once and adds 5 seconds of poisoning to the enemy attacking you. The damage is the number of charged layers multiplied by 50.

毒素之蛋: 你的防御技能会给敌人附加中毒，当你积累给敌人附加5次中毒后对敌人造成大量伤害
