UI Overhaul - Expended Trait Space [OUTDATED]

Description
A small addition to the Overhaul UI for those cases when you have too many traits.
(p.s. The color also depends on your other mods.)

Due to the interface changes in 4.x, the mod no longer makes sense.
If someone just needs a very wide feature selection window, let me know, I'll do it.
