Description

Quick info:
- This is my first mod in Sea Power, please let me know if you find any problems with it.
- Complexity: ★★★★★
- Playable on both sides
- Mission lenght: ~3 hours
- Mission does not end automatically once you complete the objective (a message should pop up though)
- The scenario has a lot of assets (and the bad weather doesn't help either) so it may run poorly on low end computers
- I tried to keep some sort of realism in the mission, but for balancing reasons I decided to add some ahistorical Soviet assets in the region (Kirov, Tripoli Airbase)
- AI air activity is lackluster, it will not use all its aircraft fully. Hopefully the devs will improve it even further


Soviet brief description:
Soviet forces are tasked with neutralizing the NATO Carrier Strike Group (CSG), crippling Sigonella and Trapani Airbases in the central Mediterranean. Weather conditions—strong northern winds, heavy precipitation, and sea state 6—limit radar and visibility, offering some concealment but also hindering operations. Your fleet, including the Kirov-class cruiser, a Slava-class cruiser, and a mix of submarines and aircraft, must approach under EMCON conditions to avoid detection, strike swiftly, and disable NATO’s airpower. The exact locations of NATO forces, including the CSG, Surface Action Groups, and SSNs, remain unknown.

NATO brief description:
Soviet naval forces have entered the central Mediterranean, with the primary objective of neutralizing NATO’s Carrier Strike Group (CSG) and suppressing operations from Sigonella Airbase. With severe weather limiting visibility and sensor effectiveness, NATO must respond swiftly to detect and counter Soviet assets. The US CSG, supported by a Surface Action Group, an Italian ASW Group and a number of submarines, must defend against Soviet missile strikes and secure NATO air superiority. The presence of Soviet submarines and aircraft, along with the threat of airstrikes on Sigonella, necessitates a coordinated defense strategy. Your mission is to locate and neutralize Soviet naval forces while safeguarding NATO’s critical assets.

Seems to be working as intended on my end, do you have any more mods enabled besides those required?

unfortunately everytime i try to start the mission the game crashes. Perhaps conflicting mods?

The new update removes the AS-2B of the TU-16 (the missile with the jammer inside). Might want to consider adding the TU-16P
