Description
Compared to most submarines inexperienced crews can get their hands on, the Vole is a relatively high-tech model.
It comes equipped with a powerful engine, a set of power distributors, and a backup power array which in a pinch can serve as a full substitute for the reactor's power production.
However, working around the poor turret coverage and a somewhat unresponsive ballast pump requires a certain level of theoretical knowledge from the crew.

Vole can essentially serve as an alternative to the Dugong for crews who know what they're doing and just want to go fast.

Not that intense, but it definitely helps when distributing battery power, so it's not wasted on non-essential devices.

Today's update to the base game added a new device - the power distributor. It functions as an alternative to a junction box, allowing for one-way power flow and giving you control over how much power is sent to each pin.
I've published an update to the Vole, which implements two power distributors into its grid. The update was built in the Unstable version, before the device was released officially.

You don't have to mess with the sliders on the power distributors for Vole's grid to function. But you can. Everything is labelled. Have fun.
