B42.0.* Carving 2 book config fix

Description
This bug was fixed in build 42.1.0 and therefore this mod is unnecessary for any build ≥ 42.1.0

In B42 the Carving 2 book was misconfigured to be for Carpentry. This mod fixes the configuration to make the book work as expected!

I made another mod to fix all Long Blade books acting like Reloading books.

- Fixed skill book carving 2 training carpentry.
