Bill - Veteran V1

Models should say they conflict but no need to worry they'll run perfectly fine.

NOTE: I did not make this, I really like the models and wanted them separated and saw nobody has done it yet so I figured I'd do it. All the credits are below this I'll take the addons down immediately when told so by any author.

Thought Soldier & Marine were more fitting names for the V1 models instead of them having the same names as the V2 models, and since their models are almost completely different from the V2 ones.
