Reduced Chaff Timer for Aircraft

Description
This mod reduces chaff (countermeasures) timer for aircraft from 15 to 5 seconds. It does not change anything else nor affect ships. Should be compatible with NTU or other weapon mods, just be sure this mod overrides the weapon mod.

Never understood that 15 second time limit on flares/chaff. Thanks for the mod!
