Operation Canal Shield (2/2): Steel Curtain

A pro-Soviet government is on the cusp of overthrowing the pro-Western administration in Panama, and have already seized control of the Panama Canal. Soviet naval forces have established a blockade, threatening global shipping and commerce. Intelligence indicates a mix of surface ships, submarines, and land-based coastal batteries supporting the blockade. To restore control, NATO forces must break the blockade, neutralize Soviet defenses, and deploy an expeditionary landing force to secure the canal and re-establish the democratically pro-Western government.
