Description
Update: The confusing puzzle in Map 1 is COMPLETLY removed.

Divine Cybermancy ''Refactored'' is an addon that blocks off unnecessary or empty/redundant areas and fixes nav pathing where bots would get stuck plus a couple of map balances to make the overall experience more enjoyable.

The map edits are done entirely using Vscripts so some parts might look a bit amateaur-ish (I don't know how to use hammer). Its not perfect but hopefully it'll get the job done to guide the player in the general direction.

-Few issues-

*Unfortunatly Map 8 is still much broken and bots will likely fall to their death but to combat this there are defibs in designated spots incase bots do fall to their death
*In Map 8 bots will sometimes refuse to jump down the longdrop before the massive outdoors ladder but if you climb down they will eventually teleport and theres even a couple of defibs at the bottom incase bots falls to their death
*In Map 10 bots cannot jump down the balcony at the start but if you move around they will teleport
*map 10 half the map is now blocked off since you can literally just skip it all by going through the stairs at the start of the map (its a very redundant path that makes an already long map longer than it needs to be)

@Beshouldchen Hey man, i didnt make the map LOL. This is addon/mod is only a patch that KINDA fixes the campaign but it still not perfect. i understand your sentiment/comment though.

Also, Map 12 can be skipped if you press the ''no'' button!

今天刚跟朋友玩这张图,结果玩了两小时都在不停地转来转去,没有剧情,没有指向,现在眼睛都疼,十二关简直就是折磨人:steamthumbsdown:

这整体就是一个很大的迷宫图 大多数时间都在跑路,很多岔道意义都不大就是给点药瓶 但是你得跑半天跑到头然后发现什么也没有再跑回来,就是来回跑来回跑来回折腾
这地图我尝试过很多遍,玩到最后都受不了开管理员直接速通,各地图间割裂的美术风格,第一关像是外星文明的神秘宏伟宗教建筑,后面又变成黑暗压抑的赛博朋克还有荒芜的废土峡谷等等,光照昏暗瞎眼,很多场景又大又空,指引非常不明显,路程能把人绕的午饭吐出来,我只能说原作者移植的本意是好的,但是玩起来让人感觉就是又臭又长

@kurochama its definitly confusing on firs time play. personally i dont think puzzles mesh well with l4d2 i belive levels should be linear for the most part xd

Now I want to try this campaign again, but this time with this vscript modifications. I remember that back then it took me hours to take me to the last boss, by solving puzzles one by one patiently & looking around to search for the routes in very wide & explorable areas..

Played this map few years ago and I still remember how many hours it took me just to completed this massive campaign in single player.

@旋转泡泡 Trust me, my friend. I know the torture better than anyone else. Even after my fixes, the map still has many problems. Sadly, I don’t know how to use Hammer (map editor), or I’d rebuild the whole campaign.

越是到了往后的关卡就越是意义不明,意义不明的战斗,意义不明的背景音乐以及差劲的指路提示(虽然和朋友联机还是没怎么迷路)。整个地图昏暗的场景布置使玩家感觉到的只有煎熬忽略了作者的设计本意,这样的设计到了第九第十关到达了顶峰。并且往后的关卡设计也是愈发的平庸单调使人感到乏味。综上评价5.8/10(希望我的评价对读到评论的玩家有所帮助)
