Cold Autumn Day

Description
This is the second of two maps I built at the same time in an attempt to make a complete winter snow map. The first map is 'Polar Vortex', released it yesterday.
The white trees didn't work in either so I changed them up to green trees with snow landscapes. Polar Vortex has grass trails for roads, this one has dirt roads.
The only change I will probably do to the map is mud up the roads a bit.

Softened up the roads a bit, like a rained on dirt road.

Watching someone's game play video of the map I didn't like the way the snow didn't blend well with the dirt roads (caused a checker board look). So I added the forest material along the road's edges where I planted grass and small trees. The map has a totally different look to it along the roads.
Thank you to the video makers for giving me the opportunity to see the maps from another's perspective and change them for the better.

Considered making a path out the other side also but the terrain is rough that way.

Thanks, I didn't see the path to the kiosk on the map somehow. 🤷‍♂️

FragaholiC: I drove to it and checked it out. I added three more pictures for you, and anyone else who has problems getting it, to see the path to it.
First is from the koisk looking down the path, the second from the road looking down the path, the third is a map view for reference.
I think of the koisk as an isolated wood cutting place and will generally put them away from the road but with a path through the trees to get to them. And open around them to maneuver and load the truck.

FragaholiC: I made a space through the trees from the nearest road the size of a normal road.
I will check on it and make sure its accessible...

The log kiosk is not really accessable by truck. It sits inbetween the roads but there is no road to the kiosk.
