HL:S Chrome Spheremaps to Cubemaps

Simply replaces Valve's port of the HL1 spheremaps with dulled cubemaps. It's like looking into an alternate dimension...

It looks ugly, but it may reduce any issues with chrome textures that people have while still giving the same kind of "reflection."
Funnily enough, this only touches VMTs - textures like the crowbar genuinely just look like that!

This only touches textures for props, ragdolls, and other models.
It conflicts with Cpt. Charles' GoldSrc Playermodels since they rely on default textures!
