Add one wandering faction that tends to use small ships and ammunition weapons - especially in their high-level sectors.

Shakeles ilitia is composed of a group of vagrants with certain military capabilities. Its predecessor was the Shakeles Traveller Association , which was distributed in many places. Its members were once neutral employment organizations with conditions to be active among various forces - they could engage in material transportation, serve as temporary guards, or carry out targeted strike missions at any time after credit points were received.

But now, as various forces gradually become independent and the star domain environment becomes unstable and constantly erupts with friction, the Mercenary Association has ultimately transformed into a relatively independent force through multiple reorganizations, and finally established its relatively stable control areas in some areas with less sovereignty competition.
