Empty Beer Bottles Are Open

Description
For some reason, empty beer bottles are spawning with their caps on. How could their caps be on if they've been emptied out? This mod fixes that.

i noticed this issue too, made a post on the bug forum about it but its so minor they probably wont fix it for a while

the wine bottles are spawning with the corks in them too :/ thank you for this
