Description
Adds Metal 4 and Metal 5 blocks.

The new blocks are similar to metal 3. Metal 4 gives 9 durability and Metal 5 gives 10 durability. They follow the same changes from metal 2 to metal 3.

The CraftingRecipe files are there, I don't know when they'll be read by ModDatabase.
