Description

"Correct" unfortunate errors caused by RNG
(Ironman/Achievement compatible)

Simple cheats:
-Add/Remove basic stats
-Add/Remove Innovation/Research progress
Character customization:
-Add/Remove basic stats

Should be compatible with everything

Thanks. Yes, I'm planning to add all traits from vanilla and Invictus, at least for now. I will be doing this in a couple of days.
