Description
disables HS energy use on avatar weapons.
this thould be a settings toggle, but until then.

I got a fatal error while initializing.

ok it did not work .... I will look at some tutorials ... i have never installed any mods in this game since i got it in 2015 since it never needed it .... now with their dumb changes i need it .. . .
