Norfolk Constabulary - Land Rover Pangolin

Norfolk is a fictional island nation and a commonwealth of UK, located in the Atlantic. While some of the governing laws and methods are mainly UK affected; infrastructure, market and automobiles are highly American based due to relatively close proximity. The law enforcing agency in the island, Norfolk Territory Constabulary (NTC) mainly operates Dodge Chargers and Land Rover Pangolins.

Land Rover Pangolin is an armored vehicle mainly used by some law enforcement agencies in Britain produced by OVIK, and it's an upgrade from the Land Rover Tangi. In the late 1950s Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC), now known as Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), started to use Land Rover based armored cars during "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland. These vehicles served as a basic protection needed for officers during riots, but as the severity of attacks increased, they required higher levels of protection. This brought the Hotspur Land Rover, which was able to withstand gunfire and explosives to some level. This vehicle worked very well for a long time, but during the 1980s, they started to show signs of wear and tear. Answer to this was Land Rover Tangi. The Tangi was essential during The Troubles for law enforcement patrol in Northern Ireland. Since the Good Friday Agreement, these vehicles can be seen in other areas of Britain, used for patrol and crowd control, however now being phased out in favor of Pangolins.
