If you subscribe to other mods, you'll notice the translations folder they contain. In it, each language has it's own table with the policy as a key and the translation as string.

Regarding the modeling, you're only supposed to include the direct effects, not downstream effects. So if business confidence has downstream effects, you don't need to include those.

Stronger regulation against poor risk/rewards would hurt all. Stronger Financial regulation would mean more dividends, less risk, reduced risk of toxic debts etc to all... more business confidence would encourage investment from home (increased private pensions) and from abroad (FDI). Increased Business confidence will translate into/ feed into greater stability. Hope that helps.

Agreed Cylun, the mods are limited by my lack of knowledge of modding & the remit of the game … I hope to get better and add depth over time … how do I add ‘English translations’ … would be grateful if you can direct me regarding this… happy to add content without adding too much complexity yet.

Your mods lack English translations. And this one is poorly modeled also. If anything, this would improve private pensions (might be a separate mod, idk). Capitalists wouldn't benefit. Smaller businesses might. The game lacks a lot of intermediary effects. Some is provided by third party mods though.
