RAGE (scrambler ride) overhauled

Description
to appreciate the "lights" more, press the " * " key. left arrow= forward, page up= area lights As promised, I have gotten more likes than expected, so i upgraded the ride to look very realistic adding fence and lights. :)

Notice: GRAVITRON fair ride coming soon.

good desighn but making the keybind arrow keys makes it so whenvever you press an arrow key your character spins so you can even enjoy the ride or control it easyly if your character is just freaking out
