I finally made that EC scenario

Welcome to the Island of Northend-on-Hudson, a small island off the coast of Quebec. After the complete collapse of the British Empire in 1848, it was left in a conundrum: Remain loyal to the crown, or split off and either become its own nation or join another. This crisis soon spiraled into a civil war with three main factions: Loyalists, who controlled much of the "city", the Separatists, who controlled the town and various city houses, and the Laborer's Union, who control the majority of the island's resource centers.
