Description
An unofficial bugfix update (with permission) of Kiiltwearer4's Old World Blues (OWB) mod. Please do not use both files at the same time

Being solely intended to be a "Code Fix"/proofreading mod, to respect the original work I have touched none of the (working) effects of the perks themselves, but rather fixed various bugs, added localization where it was missing, and added a self-remove to the two categories upon completion, so changing the traits by buffing or debuffing any effect is not within this mod's intended scope.

What this mod changes:
-Unfinished Hoarder code implemented
-Cowboy's progression has been fixed to go to level V instead of looping back to level I forever
-minor Medic formatting fixes
-English Localization proofreading and changes
-If you manage to get every perk in a category (something far easier for the implants) the categories self-hide, decluttering the Decision menu

Disclaimer: Since I'm paranoid about downloading things, it's fine to make a translation submod of any of my mods, just give credit or use this mod as a dependency

@Trevor M I've posted a version that should theoretically be player-only, but I'll leave it unlisted and link-only since it's technically outside the "Editing attempts only" vision of this mod towards the original

@Trevor M It... really shouldn't be doing anything different from the original mod, I copied the code directly from it to a new folder in order to edit it, and for the perks themselves only touched Cowboy, Medic, and Hoarder's code

currently massively increases the bonuses from the leader perks. for example the hypertrophy accelerator does 125% division attack and 130% breakthrough. NCR steamrolled me lol
