Mercs in Skirts

Description
This mod puts all vanilla female mercs in skirts rather than pants (The skirts and pantyhose have been recolored as needed to fit with the characters existing outfits as closely as possible.)

While I wouldn't suggest it for every guy, I do agree....Red needs his Kilt.

@puchiko, actually that's "dirt/mud" and it dynamically applies to the models when they are in wet/muddy outdoor areas regardless of their clothing, and in some cases it really does look glitchy when it overlays over panty hose at times, it does vanish between encounters when you travel on the overland map at least.

@Parker: lol! Now I'm half tempted to make a companion mod that puts the rest of the guys in kilts. ;)
