Pennant Number/Hull classification

Description
Adds US style hull pennants to Stellaris's base combat ships. A Hull Pennant (Or Hull Classification Symbol) is used by navies to identify their ships by type and an individual ship within that type. Usually a series of letters followed by a number EX:

Corvette - DDC-#
Frigate - FS-#
Destroyer - DD-#
Cruiser - CA-#
Battleship - BB-#

The number will increase in order of creation. Destroyed ships will not decrease the number.

Note that this does not affect civilian ships(Sci or Const) or the 3 starting corvettes. This only applies to newly built combat ships.

It should work for ongoing save games but existing ships will not be renamed with hull pennants.

Nevermind, it sounds like you are already planning on doing an NSC version.

Rad idea, I like to do this for the class names. I have to second XCABAL on using FF for frigates. What are the chances of this but for NSC?

Corrected me if I'm wrong, but I think Frigate's US hull classification is FF and FS is a corvette for coastal defense. Also I believe that since the frigate is essentially a guided missile frigate with the torpedo, that would make it an FFG
