Kagura Mutsuki

Known as the current head of the Mutsuki family, the moniker of Black Knight, and also quite known for having an eye for the ladies, Kagura Mutsuki enters the Fraymakers battlefield with a playstyle fitting for the leader of the Imperial Guards.
Kagura is a defensive character who prefers to observe situations from afar, before choosing the right move for whatever he faces. His Drive, Black Gale, gives him access to powerful options to either help him go in guns blazing, or maintain his ground and bolster his defense. His moves are overall on the slower end, making him ill-suited for straight rushdown. But once given the opportunity, he can go from maintaining ground on his own terms to all-out offense in the blink of an eye.
