New Vanilla Loader

Description
New Vanilla Loader is a empty mod that you can add to your server and it will load all NV mods in the right order. This means that if mods from the NV collection are added/removed, you won't need to edit the WorkshopDownloadConfig file.

Note: Add 730950907 (XtremelyEvil Vanilla Weapons Mod) to "Ignore_Children_File_IDs" - this mod has spawns that are not needed.
