Do these have downsides compared to a regular cruiser or are they just better in every way?

Normally I thought I heard a battleship has balanced between armor, speed, and weaponry. And weapons that could reliably kill another ship like itself at range. Tends to be slower. A battle cruser, trades less armor for more fire power and speed, making it more of a glass cannon, has weaponry capable of killing a battleship, but its armor is to weak to fight long term in a equal fight with a battleship, though faster they can run away faster and pick there fights and have big enough weaponry they can kill any ship smaller then itself easily, other then the ones fast enough to run away. So I feel they are somewhere between a battleships and a heavy cruiser in power. though with numbers or skill it could kill battleships.

I think a shore-bombardment vessel with powerful guns and cruise missiles, designed to kill land targets but not sea ones, it's an interesting niche especially for this game

what exactly do you all think of when you say battleships just want to clarify

Second BNSFs suggestion Battleships would be amazing

I still think an a-10 would be cool to have in the game
I am formally suggesting purpose CAS aircraft other than helis
